We’re supporting a Pensions organisation undergoing a large-scale data migration programme and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across the full migration lifecycle. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of project delivery, stakeholder management, data analysis and governance experience within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end migration delivery plan
- Coordinate business and technical stakeholders across multiple workstreams
- Drive data analysis, validation, reconciliation and issue resolution activities
- Manage RAID logs, governance reporting and cutover planning
- Support testing readiness, defect triage and go-live activities
- Support testing and cutover readiness including data reconciliation sign-off, defect triage, and go/no-go inputs.
Skills required:
- Proven experience delivering complex data migrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid data analysis and reconciliation experience
- Experience managing risks, issues and governance reporting
- Background working within regulated financial services environments
Nice to have:
- SQL Server / SQL query experience
- Pensions administration knowledge
