Fuse are working with a leading Global Law firm to recruit a Senior Business Analyst into their Tech function and play a key role in delivering critical finance system projects.
We need significant, senior, hands-on Business Analysis experience on complex finance transformation programmes, ideally centred on SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead business analysis for SAP S/4HANA upgrade and finance system projects.
- Engage with stakeholders across SAP teams, third-party vendors, and project groups.
- Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to team development.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Support project delivery using Agile tools and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Strong core BA toolkit: structured requirements elicitation (functional and non-functional), process mapping and re-design, gap and root cause analysis, business process improvement, and end-to-end requirements traceability through to UAT.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades in a finance environment.
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on finance system projects.
- Professional services background preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
