Business Analyst Profession Manager, up to Β£100k, 2 days onsite, 18% bonus + pension
We\βre looking for an experienced and inspiring Business Analyst Profession Manager to lead and shape the future of business analysis within a large-scale transformation environment.
This is a senior leadership role at the heart of the Transformation & Portfolio Office, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Business Analysis profession, leading a growing community of analysts, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach to analysis across the organisation.
As Head of the Business Analysis Profession, you will:
Responsibilities Define and deliver the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for business analysis
Build and lead a high-performing team (12+ analysts), fostering a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and professional excellence
Establish enterprise-wide standards, frameworks, and methodologies for business analysis
Partner closely with senior leaders, customers, and external stakeholders to enable effective decision-making and successful transformation outcomes
Champion agile ways of working, business process re-engineering, and Lean methodologies
Lead capability development, career pathways, and professional standards for the profession
You\βll play a key role in major transformation initiatives, ensuring that customer and end-user needs are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions.
You\βll be a credible senior leader with deep expertise in business analysis and a proven track record of leading teams through complex change. You\βll be comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels, with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate across the organisation.

Qualifications Significant experience delivering business analysis in large, complex transformation programmes
Experience leading and developing sizeable business analysis teams
Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Business Process Re-engineering approaches
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
A clear commitment to inclusive leadership and continuous improvement
