Responsibilities:

  • Designing best-in-class products and experiences that make energy abundant.
  • Consumer products: Mobile and web apps that reward users for controlling their usage, balancing grid demand and upgrading their home with solar, batteries and EVs.
  • Physical + digital experiences: Home energy upgrade, hardware products, and home IoT device controls.
  • Brand expression / identity: Define Fuse's visual language across web, mobile, motion, and physical products.
  • High-stakes interfaces: Internal tools and platforms that manage gigawatts of renewable energy, thousands of installations and millions of customers.
  • As we scale, you'll design grid management systems, blockchain reward mechanisms, and products that don't exist yet.
  • Early design hire means shaping the entire roadmap.
