We are creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. We are also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid. We are currently looking for Operations Interns to join the team at our London office in Canary Wharf. This 3 month paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast moving environment. You will gain an insight into the operations of a high-performance startup, exposure to some of the key operators who were behind Revolut and gain a real working knowledge of how our systems work for customers. This role will start as customer-facing as we believe a ground-up approach is the best way to learn about our product and the energy industry.
Interns work across customer operations: answering customer queries, managing installations, auditing billing & collections and handling regulatory submissions. High performers will have the opportunity to fast-track the internship and join Fuse full-time, with the chance to grow internally across different business areas.
- STEM degree from a top university
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborating skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- A flexible and adaptable approach
