We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to supercharge and expand our core operations at Fuse. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional independent operator willing to work at high intensity as part of our core team (ex-Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, & Jump Trading). The right person likes solving large, complex problems with multiple moving parts, and is probably looking to start their own business in 2-3 years.
Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. We've raised $100M from top tier investors like Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit. Fuse's founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut before joining Mosaic Ventures.
Responsibilities
- No day in operations is the same. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of areas, depending on the organisation's current needs.
- Some of the projects Operations Managers will work on:
- M&A of energy generation sites (wind turbines, solar farms, and more)
- Structuring and capitalising a global business
- Researching and strategising the creation of an energy supply business – from scratch
- Exploring financial and regulatory structures around the globe
- Working with world-class product leaders to build a seamless consumer product
