Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and record management.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and internal HR communications.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance procedures.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and validating attendance, leave records, and employee changes.
- Handle general employee inquiries and elevate issues when needed.
- Support performance review cycles.
Qualifications:
- 1β2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative roles (startup experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
