We are looking for an exceptionally driven and ambitious individual to work directly with the CEO on the most complex and impactful problems across Fuse. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who can execute at high intensity, break down difficult problems, and move rapidly from strategy to implementation. You will work at the centre of the business, partnering with the CEO and senior team (ex-Revolut, Tesla, Citadel & Jump Trading). Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. We've raised $100M from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit.
Responsibilities:
- You will work directly with the CEO across product, trading, strategy, finance, operations, and new business lines. This includes structuring problems, executing solutions, and driving critical initiatives end-to-end.
- Supporting product and commercial strategy across existing and new product lines.
- Analysing trading, supply economics, and operational bottlenecks.
- Leading scoping and modelling for new markets, products, or regulatory environments.
- Supporting renewable build-out strategy and evaluating development opportunities.
- Designing pricing, forecasting, and business models.
- Preparing materials and insights for CEO-level decisions.
- Negotiating with strategic partners and supporting key commercial relationships.
- Owning high-priority special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM with coding or analytical experience.
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement.
- Ability to break down complex problems and execute quickly.
- Comfortable learning fast, switching contexts, and working with limited guidance.
