We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to own and scale Fuse Energy’s partnerships strategy end-to-end. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, launching, and growing high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term strategic advantage. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal) and act as Fuse Energy’s senior commercial representative to external partners.
Responsibilities- Own and execute Fuse Energy’s partnerships strategy in line with growth objectives
- Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships
- Structure and close partnership deals with clear commercial and performance metrics
- Scale and optimise partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Act as the senior point of contact for key partners and internal stakeholders
- Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI
- 6–10+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable owning complex deals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
- Data-driven, with experience evaluating performance and ROI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving company
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
