We're combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers. We're also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid.

As a Sales Associate at Fuse, you'll be at the forefront of driving the clean energy transition. This is a customer-facing role where you'll help households and businesses adopt smarter, greener energy solutions—ranging from EV chargers and solar panels to smart meters and heat pumps. You'll be the trusted first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through consultations, coordinating installations, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who is motivated to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customer consultations for EV chargers, solar panels, heat pumps, and other energy solutions.
  • Help organise and follow up on customer appointments, ensuring smooth communication and accurate record-keeping.
  • Work with operations and technical teams to keep customers informed throughout the installation process.
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and services.
  • Play a key role in expanding Fuse's presence across the UK by identifying new sales opportunities and markets.
  • Build product knowledge, follow company sales processes, and contribute to team targets while developing toward a more senior sales role.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience, ideally with private customers.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build trust and answer customer questions.
  • Interest in energy solutions and willingness to learn how to explain technical products in a simple, customer-friendly way.
  • Strong level of spoken and written English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
