You'll scale our installation capability, manage the engineering team structure and ensure the highest standards of service delivery across our domestic portfolio, which includes solar, EV chargers, heat pumps and plug-in battery systems.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage our UK renewable installation operations, supervising a team of junior and senior field engineersAct as the primary technical authority for the domestic fleet, handling complex technical escalations and ensuring field engineering decisions remain robust and compliantEstablish and refine robust quality assurance frameworks, review processes, and field audits to maintain an elite standard of installation qualityOverhaul and manage the onboarding, continuous training, and monitoring programs to ensure our entire installing fleet is highly qualified and compliantOversee domestic installations and commissioning across multiple technologies, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations, MCS standards, and health and safety policiesCollaborate cross-functionally to support the development and rollout of our next-generation hardware and product specificationsOwn our renewable accreditation strategy, maintain our MCS compliance and develop the processes, documentation, and training required to expand and audit our approved installer networkFoster a culture of technical excellence and safety across the entire engineering divisionRequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience leading and managing distributed electrical or renewable installation teamsFully qualified electrician with relevant UK qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent) and qualified xsabvtc to act as an Electrical Qualified SupervisorProven experience with the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of domestic Solar PV, EV charge points, and Heat Pump systemsExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor engineers and maintain high performance under tight timelinesComprehensive knowledge of UK electrical regulations, health and safety protocols, and MCS complianceFull UK driving licenseBenefitsCompetitive salary and eligibility for equityBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needsPrivate health insuranceBreakfast and dinner allowance for office-based employeesCompany vehicle, fuel expenses, and top-tier tools/equipment providedOpportunities for professional development and additional advanced certificationsAs we hire globally, benefits vary by location.Job SummaryID: E58FB761CFDepartment:Type: full time
