Overview
In this role you drive engineering development for renewable technologies while contributing to business validation and market research. You’ll collaborate across teams to move concepts from design to commissioning, analyzing data to optimize processes and exploring new sustainable technologies. You’ll work on hydrogen systems, energy storage feasibility, and solar/wind asset support, all in a mission to scale a decentralized energy platform. Responsibilities
- Collaborate across a diverse team to bring renewable energy technologies to market from concept to commissioning
- Analyze experimental and simulation data to drive process improvements and innovation
- Conduct R&D to enhance current processes, explore new sustainable technologies and assess global market opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations and standards
- Engage in projects including hydrogen production system development (electrical control interfaces), feasibility studies for long-duration energy storage, and support for solar and wind asset engineering
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong technical foundation in design, commissioning, or operational engineering
- Proven track record of solving technical engineering problems
- Excellent analytical skills with creative and innovative thinking
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience
