We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team at Fuse 2. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious business in the Telecoms and Technology sector. You will be at the forefront of our growth, working to identify and win new business opportunities through targeted outbound sales activity.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls each day to prospect and generate new business leads.
- Identify and target potential customers through research, cold calling and email outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using our CRM system.
- Qualify leads and arrange appointments or demonstrations for the wider sales team.
- Present and promote Fuse 2's products and services to prospective customers over the phone and via video call.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Accurately record all sales activity and update customer records in the CRM.
- Follow up on all inbound enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support the Business Development team by passing on warm, qualified leads.
- Maintain a positive, resilient attitude and represent the Fuse 2 brand with professionalism at all times.
Experience:
- Some experience in a sales, customer service or telesales environment (Telecoms experience is a plus but not essential).
- A proven ability to hit targets and work to KPI’s.
- Good understanding of the business-to-business (B2B) market.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
