As we prepare to open our new London boutique, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor who will help build a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience from day one.

Your Mission

As a Supervisor, you will lead by example.

In our boutiques, leadership means being present on the sales floor and actively contributing to every aspect of the business.

You will inspire the team not only through coaching and commercial performance, but also by participating in the daily operational life of the boutique.

You will

  • What will help you succeed

We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with natural leadership and enjoys helping others succeed. To thrive in this role, you will ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in luxury or premium retail, including experience supervising or coaching a team.
  • A proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop others to do the same.
  • Strong customer service and clienteling skills.
  • The confidence to make decisions and take ownership of the boutique when needed.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong interest in visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
  • Flexibility to work across different London locations.
  • Availability to work a flexible rota, including weekends and peak trading periods.

What we offer

  • Permanent full-time opportunity offers a salary of £32,000-£35,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Performance Bonus, Staff Discount, Private healthcare, etc.
  • The opportunity to help launch a new Fusalp boutique in London.
  • A leadership role within a fast-growing international luxury House.

  • Clear opportunities for career progression as Fusalp continues its international expansion.
  • A culture where initiative, collaboration and excellence are recognised and encouraged.

Good to know!
