Your Role
You'll play a key role in managing and growing relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs
- Supporting and managing a portfolio of accounts
- Identifying opportunities to add value and expand client partnerships
- Arranging meetings and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Sharing feedback and insights to improve client experience
- Staying organised and maintaining accurate records of client activity
