About the Company
At Fury, our mission is to craft bold immersive brand experiences, where imagination meets precision, and every detail is delivered with obsession. Where others deliver the expected, we push beyond it. We don’t just make things - we make people feel things, creating experiences that live beyond the moment.
About the Role
This role sits within one of our Formula 1 accounts and supports the delivery of a multi-event global sponsorship programme, covering ticketing, guest management, hospitality, production and logistics. You will work across the full lifecycle of events, helping ensure every element of the programme is executed efficiently, professionally and on brand. As a Senior Account Executive, you form the operational foundation of the team. You will support Account Managers and Directors with day-to-day tasks, maintain smooth workflows and tracking with ticketing, and help keep event delivery on schedule. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the sponsorship operates seamlessly — requiring someone who is diligent, detailed, proactive and highly organised. This role will be based in our Woking office, and will require a minimum 2 days in the office per week along with international travel to event sites.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Managers and Directors in the coordination of live events and hospitality programmes.
- Assist with ticket allocations, guest communications, itineraries, accreditation and event-side logistics.
- Maintain and update key documentation including status reports, schedules, budgets and guest lists.
- Liaise with suppliers, venues and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and on-time progress.
- Track project actions, deadlines and approvals, ensuring information is captured and shared clearly.
- Handle day-to-day client communication where appropriate, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Support onsite delivery — including build, live operations and break-down — when required.
- Monitor tasks, flag risks early and suggest solutions to keep the programme running efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in events, hospitality, sponsorship, or a similar operational account role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and calm client-facing manner.
- High attention to detail, especially when working with ticketing, guest lists, schedules and logistics.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams, suppliers and partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides).
- Willingness to travel internationally and work onsite at events, sometimes for extended periods.
- A proactive mindset — with the confidence to take initiative, follow up, and keep delivery moving.
