Role Overview

Supporting the Account lead in the management of a key account in the Formula 1 and Motorsport Sector including senior level client communication and commercial management. Leading client meetings and feeding back information and briefs to the wider team in a clear and concise way. Create client facing proposals in combination with Creative and New Business teams and leading on client presentations. Liaising and working with clients and other stakeholders, representing Fury and our requirements in those forums. Work closely with the creative and production teams during project conception to ensure that new designs are feasible and meet the clients brief. Event planning, programming and general project management following Fury systems and processes. Specification, costing and procurement of scenic, technical and graphics elements with the support of the internal Production and Technical teams. Coordination and management of suppliers through to on-site delivery, either directly or supporting internal Production and Technical teams. Ensuring project information is correctly filed and archived on the Fury systems. Creating and maintaining documentation, such as budgets, briefs, proposals, logistics, critical paths, post project reviews and reporting. On site scheduling in combination with suppliers and/or internal Production and Technical teams, and internal workshop facilities. Ensuring Health and Safety standards on projects are maintained to the highest level. Travel required for on site event delivery, roughly 6-7 weeks per year.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Project Management in a sponsorship/events/exhibition background.
  • Ideally with Motorsport experience but not essential.
  • Experience of working with and presenting to Senior Level Client groups, stakeholders and Client procurement teams.
  • In-depth experience across multiple delivery sectors and comfortable delivering those projects/guiding others in their execution (Exhibitions, events, conference, green field, fixed facility, road shows, government projects etc).
  • Has worked internationally and has experience and understanding of multi-currency projects and regional nuances, pitfalls, H&S, unions VAT etc.
  • Impeccable commercial awareness and profitability management skills.
  • End-to-end project management and execution to a high level.
  • Experience of briefing and managing scenic and technical suppliers for events and exhibitions.
  • Experience of managing Graphic Production requirements including branding and artwork.
  • Self-starter and proactive.
  • Team player but also someone who is comfortable working independently.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for events and overall brand program delivery.
  • Extremely organised and detail focused.
  • Adaptability: Problem solving and solution focused in a fast-paced events environment.
  • Good people skills and strong communicator.
  • Will enjoy working in a smaller fun agency with increased responsibility.
