We’re FurtherTravel – home to some of the most exciting travel brands in the youth and adventure space, including Camp Thailand , Camp Bali , Camp South Africa , AmeriCamp , and more. We create once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences for young people across the globe, and we’re growing fast.
We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive with 1–3 years’ experience to join our ambitious and creative team. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who’s confident across content, campaigns, and digital platforms – someone who thrives on bringing fresh ideas to life and producing engaging content that inspires our audience of young, adventurous travellers.
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities across email, social media, blog, and web. You’ll play a key role in creating and scheduling content, supporting campaigns, and reporting on performance. From designing reels to coordinating podcasts and helping lead our ambassador programme, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing output – supported by a Senior Marketing Executive and Design Manager who will help you grow your skills.
If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment with a close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing tasks and work closely with our Senior Marketing Executive and Design Manager to execute campaigns that inspire, inform, and convert.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Campaigns – Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns across email, social, blog, and more, ensuring each touchpoint aligns with our brand tone and strategy.
- Content Production – Create compelling content including social media posts, reels, email copy, blog articles, ad headlines, and landing page content.
- Design & Creative Support – Use tools like Canva to produce basic graphics and video snippets for use across social channels.
- Email Marketing – Build and schedule emails including weekday content, sales messaging, and newsletters. Test subject lines and layouts to optimise engagement.
- Social Media Management – Maintain and update our social media calendar, schedule content using Later or Meta Business Suite, and monitor performance.
- Engagement & Community – Respond to DMs and comments, flag urgent queries, and work directly with our ambassadors and audience to maintain strong engagement.
- Ambassador Programme – Take ownership of our brand ambassador initiative, from outreach and content scheduling to ongoing communication and quality checks.
- User-Generated Content – Source photos and videos using tools like Photocircle, ensuring we’re always stocked with fresh and relevant visuals.
- Reporting & Analysis – Monitor email and social performance, producing weekly reports that track engagement, growth, and trends to inform campaign decisions.
- Trendspotting – Keep your finger on the pulse of youth marketing, social media trends, and travel industry insights — bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Campaign Support – Help coordinate marketing projects such as podcast launches, competitions, giveaways, and major sales messaging.
Required Experience
What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone who’s creative, proactive, and genuinely passionate about marketing. You don’t need to have done it all, but you’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (in-house or agency), with hands-on involvement in content creation, email marketing, and social media.
- A good grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and a strong sense of what content performs well with a youth audience.
- Confidence using tools like Canva , Meta Business Suite , Later , and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot).
- Strong copywriting skills – you know how to write clearly, creatively, and on-brand for emails, blogs, and social captions.
- Basic design or video editing skills – you’re comfortable creating simple graphics, reels, or story assets.
- A proactive attitude – you’re organised, reliable, and able to take initiative when something needs doing.
- A collaborative mindset – you’re happy working in a small, friendly team, taking feedback, and jumping between tasks when needed.
- A curious, trend-aware approach – you enjoy spotting what’s working in the world of digital and travel and applying it to your work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Let us know if you have: (desirable, but none are required):
- Experience using email automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo

- Confidence creating content in front of or behind a camera (e.g. TikToks, behind-the-scenes content)
- A basic understanding of HTML or CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Elementor)
We will still consider applications even if you don’t meet every single one of the above requirements, so don’t be put off if you don’t match them absolutely perfectly!
We cannot offer visa sponsorship and you must be able to work in the UK
