About The Role

As a New Car Advisor, you’ll deliver outstanding customer experiences both in-person and online. You’ll embrace modern communication, using video, social media and digital platforms alongside traditional showroom interactions to connect with customers in ways that feel natural, engaging and authentic. This is a role for someone comfortable being on camera, happy to showcase vehicles through short‑form video (such as TikTok), and keen to build personal visibility and trust with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turning online enquiries and showroom visits into long‑term customer relationships
  • Delivering engaging, enthusiastic vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Advising customers on the latest petrol, hybrid and electric vehicle technology
  • Guiding customers confidently through the buying process
  • Carrying out professional vehicle handovers, ensuring every customer drives away delighted
  • Continuously developing your knowledge so you’re always one step ahead
  • Celebrating success as your earnings grow with your performance
