Furrows Limited represent the following automotive brands in the Shropshire area, Ford, Geely, Kia and Skoda.

We are looking to appoint a Financial Controller to oversee the financial function across all three dealerships, namely Telford, Shrewsbury and Oswestry.

The role will be based at the Telford dealership, although there will be a requirement to visit other dealerships to support and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Production and review of monthly management accounts.
  • Supporting dealership managers to drive financial performance.
  • Mentoring and supporting existing accounts team.
  • Coordination of budget planning and variance analysis.
  • Liaison with stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Key requirements
  • Experienced in operating in a busy motor dealership environment.
  • Keyloop Drive knowledge, desirable.
  • Competency in excel.
  • Up to date knowledge of accountancy regulations.
