Furrows Group has been serving motorists across Shropshire since 1918. Today we operate three dealerships representing Ford, Kia, Škoda and Geely, employing almost 300 colleagues across the group. We are also proud to be an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) business – which means our people are at the heart of everything we do. Due to retirement, we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our fantastic team in Oswestry.
The Role – You Will
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings
- Understand and record customer concerns accurately
- Create and manage workshop job cards
- Liaise with technicians and keep customers informed
- Explain recommended work clearly and professionally
- Promote additional work where appropriate
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
What We’re Looking For – You’ll Need
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- A team‑focused attitude
- Good IT skills
- A full UK driving licence

- VW Group Accredited Service Advisor
- Experience with Ford or Å koda brands

Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week. Saturdays: Rota basis.
