The Role: As a New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our new car sales operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded while delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving and exceeding manufacturer new car sales targets.
- Driving performance to meet internal budgets and KPIs.
- Maintaining and growing industry-leading customer satisfaction levels (NPS).
- Maximising showroom activity, enquiries, test drives, and conversions.
