An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dealer Principal to lead a multi-franchise operation in Shropshire, working closely with the Board of Directors to drive performance, growth and future development.
We are looking for an ambitious automotive leader with proven experience within franchise dealerships, strong knowledge of both Sales and Aftersales, and the ability to lead multiple disciplines across the business, including:
- New & Used Vehicle Sales
- Parts
- Accident Repair
- Express Centre
You will be commercially focused, customer-led and an experienced people leader, with a proven track record of delivering results, developing and motivating teams and maintaining strong manufacturer relationships.
This is a key leadership position offering genuine future progression, increased responsibility and the opportunity to play an important role in shaping the continued growth of the wider business.
