Position:
A vacancy has arisen for an ARC Workshop Controller based at our Oswestry dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for organising the bodyshop, vehicle body repair experience essential.
Duties:
- Distribution of work to operators in line with ARC Managers schedule of allocation
- Contribute to production plan
- Provide technical assistance
- Ensure quality assurance
- Supervise productive workforce
- Resolve minor disputes with operators
- Ensure that all required documentation including check sheets are completed comprehensively
About You:
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to make decisions
- Full UK driving licence
Salary: £36,000 OTE

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm (42.5 hours per week).
