We operate 3 franchise dealerships across Shropshire representing 4 manufacturers’ car, and van brands.

Position

Furrows of Telford are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.

Previous experience working in a motor trade sales administration environment is desirable, however, candidates with a strong background in Sales Administration will be considered.

The role is to provide support to the Sales and Sales Management team.

  • Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Vehicle ordering, invoicing and registration/taxation
  • Creating and maintaining full and accurate vehicle stock and customer records and reports
  • Sales team support and communication
  • Ensuring all documentation relating to the vehicle sale is completed accurately and on time and filed securely once complete
  • Any ad hoc administrative tasks
  • The Successful Candidate Will Be
  • Prompt, efficient and accurate in the completion of administrative tasks
  • Organised, methodical and disciplined
  • Ability to stay calm
  • Team player who can work on their own initiative
  • IT literate and have good computer skills i. e., Microsoft packages

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, 35 hours per week.
