Your Role: You are responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful management of the distribution centre. Ensuring positive team performance in each of the key result areas: Financial, Service, People and Operations. Effectively control inbound and outbound stock, ensuring the warehouse remains within targeted levels whilst remaining cost‑effective. You will ensure all warehouse colleagues act as brand ambassadors for the company in line with our marketing strategy. Demonstrate our key leadership characteristics and champion our company values. Communicate clearly and confidently with your team. Follow health & safety procedures at all times. Make a difference every day to the customer experience.
