A Little More About The Role
As a key team player, you will:
- Support the customer fulfilment function by administering all warehouse and distribution activities
- Be the voice of the brand, liaising with customers to arrange deliveries and supporting with queries
- Deal with customer service issues promptly and sympathetically
- Manage all supplier deliveries and returns
- Accurately process balance payments
- Act on any delivery incident reports
- Comply with all health and safety and GDPR procedures
