The Role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Advisor to join our Chester store. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right choices. This is a customer-facing, target-driven role where you will play a key part in delivering a great in-store experience.
What you will be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor:
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening and responding to customer needs
- Guide customers through products, features and aftercare
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Maintain high standards across the showroom
- Process sales accurately using in-store systems
- Support with stock, deliveries, and general store operations
