Location: Poole – 40‑hour contract, working five days a week (Monday‑Sunday on a rota). Position is in a high‑energy, fun‑filled environment and makes a difference every day.

Salary: £51,500 OTE, up to £61,800 with up to 20% bonus. Competitive pension, family partnership and additional benefits.

Your Role

  • Lead and coach a dynamic sales team hungry for success.
  • Achieve overall store contribution through sales, margin and KPI management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service from welcoming customers to managing the rota and resolving queries.
  • Coaching and developing a high‑performance sales team.
  • Ensure smooth running of the store, including stock management, store administration and best‑practice compliance.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with your team.
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Make a difference every day to the customer experience.
