Your Role
- Represent our brand and vision delivering fantastic, friendly customer service.
- Work closely with the Online General Manager to ensure the smooth process for customers placing orders online.
- Liase with our customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver the best in after sales customer service.
- Play a key role in the financial functions of a multi-million pound online store.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
- Following health & safety procedures at all times.
- Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
