Furniture Village in High Wycombe is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our dynamic store team, drive sales, margins and KPI performance.
You will coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, manage rotas and stock, deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations.
This is a 40‑hour contract, five days a week on a rota basis, with a competitive package (£42,500) and a potential bonus up to 20%.
