Furniture Village – Sales Consultant

ÂŁ25,000 Basic OTE ÂŁ45,000 - ÂŁ50,000 - Competitive Pension, Family Partnership & much more.

Gillingham – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota'd basis, this role includes working every weekend.

Your Role

  • Be the face of the store.
  • Greet customers and build a rapport to understand their needs.
  • Create an awesome end‐to‐end experience for all customers.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with your team.
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Make a difference every day to the customer experience.
