We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team based in Slough. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return will receive £30,000 per annum plus bonus.

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will sit within the Digital Marketing Team and support with management of the Affiliate and organic search channels, working with our agency partners to deliver best-in-class performance. This role will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and the Digital Marketing Manager as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Build, acquire and manage relationships with new and existing affiliates.
- Create, plan and execute Affiliate Marketing acquisition campaigns.
- Ensure that affiliates are responded to promptly and gain resolution to queries.
- Daily checks and reporting on affiliate activity.
- Research seasonal sector trends and new geo market insights.
- Work with the affiliate networks and with affiliates to create exposure plans for Furniture Village campaigns and to support promotions and new product launches.
- Post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Analyze campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward.
- Monitor and analyse results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide regular, actionable recommendations to ensure maximum affiliate promotion and revenue.
- Manage and deliver the Organic Search (SEO) strategy aligned to key objectives.
- Lead best practices to improve search results.
- Lead in-depth keyword research and competitor audits.
- Manage SEO initiatives to grow organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Develop new ideas and identify trends for creating content based on keyword research and competitor activity.
- Prepare performance reports, sharing with the wider business, focusing on actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the Content Team in executing a customer-first copywriting strategy that maximises market visibility and traffic acquisition.
- Report on all major SEO metrics, including traffic and ranking weekly and monthly.
- Analyse and draw actionable insights from search performance data, including Stat, AHrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console.
What we are looking for
- Experience in a digital marketing role is desirable; a good understanding of search or affiliates would be beneficial.
- Experience with at least one of the following network platforms: Partnerize, Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten or similar.
- Strong communication, networking and influencing skills; comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and numerical; ideally experience with Google Analytics or another analytics tool.
- Self-motivated and performance-focused, able to drive continuous improvement for channels and understand the customer journey across devices with a best-in-class approach.
