The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Cambridge store. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right choices. This is a customer‑facing, target‑driven role where you will play a key part in delivering a great in‑store experience.
What You Will Be Doing As a Sales Specialist
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening and responding to customer needs
- Guide customers through products, features and aftercare
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Maintain high standards across the showroom
- Process sales accurately using in‑store systems
- Support with stock, deliveries and general store operations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally in furniture or homeware
- Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable style
- Passion for customer service and creating a great experience
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
- Basic IT skills
