National Timber Systems, part of the Premier Forest Products Group, based at Riverside Sawmills, Wagonway Road, Hebburn, NE31 1SP, is looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives.
The successful candidates will be enthusiastic and reliable individuals with the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate a proactive attitude. Previous experience in fabrication is preferred, but not essential.
What you will be doing…
- Assisting in the assembly of timber components in line with order requirements.
- Carrying out tasks in accordance with strict health and safety guidelines.
- Using woodworking tools and equipment (following appropriate training).
- Moving stock and finished products using FLT (counterbalance and sideloader experience desirable).
- Completing basic standard paperwork accurately.
- Working to agreed production schedules.
- Ensuring effective stock rotation.
- Following Company policies and procedures at all times.
