The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of gas and heating works across domestic and light commercial properties. The role will involve working both independently and as part of a team, delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Typical duties include:
- Servicing and maintenance of domestic gas boilers
- Fault finding, repairs, and installations
- Planned and reactive works
- Working safely and professionally in occupied properties
Qualifications (Essential)
Applicants must hold the following:
- CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety
- CENWAT – Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters
- CKR1 – Domestic Cooking Appliances
- HTR1 – Fires & Wall Heaters
- CPA1 – Combustion Performance Analysis
Additional qualifications (For Higher Rate) / experience essential:
- CONGLP1PD – Changeover Natural Gas to LPG (Permanent Dwellings)
- HWSS-R – Hot Water Systems & Safety (G3 Unvented)
- TPCP1 – Commercial Pipework Testing, Purging & Commissioning (IGEM/UP/1)
