Furness Education Trust is seeking an Assistant Catering Manager to support the Catering Manager in the effective management, administration, compliance and development of the catering function across the Trust, including Barrow-in-Furness sites.
You will ensure high standards of food safety, nutrition, customer service and financial controls while providing operational support to kitchen teams; this is a permanent full-time post, 37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks.
