Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional member experiences in Branch, alongside promoting the Society’s services including our digital platforms.
  • Effectively identify, assess and mitigate risks in line with the Society’s risk management framework and regulatory expectations.
  • Undertake all activities in line with Society procedures and processes, ensuring that conduct rules are met.
  • Seize opportunities to achieve and exceed your agreed objectives, playing your part in the Society’s Our 9 objectives and strategic plan.
  • Ensure good member outcomes through the application of the concepts of Consumer Duty.
  • Follow the Society’s Complaints Procedure to deal with member complaints, escalating where appropriate.
  • Engage with our local communities through supporting initiatives and events taking place.
  • Keep up to date with online training, including mandatory refresher training and manual reading.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently, making informed decisions based on your experience and skills.
  • Attention to detail and a ‘right first time’ approach.
  • Sound knowledge of market opportunities and a clear focus on achieving growth objectives.

This role will be based at our Preston branch, you may be required to support our wider branch network when required.
