Furness Building Society is seeking an innovative and confident Complaints & Vulnerability Lead to join the Financial Crime and 1st Line Risk Team.
You will investigate member complaints, champion vulnerable customers and support Consumer Duty.
Working with colleagues across the Society, youβll identify trends, drive improvements, deliver training, and provide management information to support decision making.
