In this role you will:
- Provide exceptional member experiences in Branch, alongside promoting the Society’s services including our digital platforms.
- Effectively identify, assess and mitigate risks in line with the Society’s risk management framework and regulatory expectations.
- Undertake all activities in line with Society procedures and processes, ensuring that conduct rules are met.
- Seize opportunities to achieve and exceed your agreed objectives, playing your part in the Society’s Our 9 objectives and strategic plan.
- Ensure good member outcomes through the application of the concepts of Consumer Duty.
- Follow the Society’s Complaints Procedure to deal with member complaints, escalating where appropriate.
- Engage with our local communities through supporting initiatives and events taking place.
- Keep up to date with online training, including mandatory refresher training and manual reading.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
- You must be able to travel between Grange, Kendal & Lancaster Branches on a regular basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently, making informed decisions based on your experience and skills.
- Attention to detail and a ‘right first time’ approach.
- Sound knowledge of market opportunities and a clear focus on achieving growth objectives.
This role will be based across 3 of our Branches (Grange, Kendal & Lancaster). You must be able to commute to each Branch independently using your chosen mode of transport. Please note that you may be required to travel to a branch on short notice & may be required to travel to other Branches as required.
