An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and confident individual to join our Intermediary Team as an Intermediary Business Administrator. Responsibilities

  • Support the Intermediary function directly by ensuring we provide service excellence to our Intermediary partners and community.
  • Assist with the growth of our Intermediary panel by supporting the business development managers in developing and maintaining new and existing relationships.
  • Processing new intermediary registration requests, maintaining and updating intermediary records and profiles.
  • Providing ESIS and related documentation on request.
  • Managing inbound activity across telephony, web chat and e-mail in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Proactively identifying and escalating service related issues and feedback to colleagues within the team.
  • Information gathering, research and production of MI for the Intermediary function.
  • Active participation in team discussions, workshops and projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
  • Adaptable and resilient in identifying resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong teamwork ethic.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and resilience when supporting Members.
