In this role you will:
• Provide exceptional service to allow our members through a variety of channels, creating a genuine culture which puts our members first.
• Promote the Society’s products and services through all our channels, including our digital app, over the phone or face to face.
• Collaborate with colleagues in all areas of the Society on various tasks while ensuring compliance with business controls, regulatory requirements, and codes of practice.
• Serve our community through identifying events taking place and supporting these events and our local communities.
What you will bring:
• Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently, making informed decisions based on your experience and skills.
