You will:
- Secure high-quality teaching andlearning and lead by own example in the classroom.
- Raise levels of achievement for allstudents in the subject area.
- Understand your accountability forthe performance standards of your students.
- Make a sustained and well-informedcontribution to the Science provision at the Academy as well as wholeAcademy improvement strategies.
- Work collaboratively with otherschools in our Multi-Academy Trust.
- Work with the head of departmentand colleagues to develop departmental expertise and to enrich studentslearning including through trips and visits.
