The ability to teach at GCSE level is essential and experienceof teaching GCSE level is desirable. If you share these qualitiesand have a genuine desire to make a real difference to young people's lives, wewould welcome your application. You will:
- Secure high-quality teaching and learningand lead by own example in the classroom.
- Understand your accountability for theperformance standards of your students.
- Make a sustained and well-informedcontribution to the IT provision at the Trust as well as whole Academyimprovement strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other schools inour Multi-Academy Trust.
- Work with the head of department andcolleagues to develop departmental expertise and to enrich studentslearning including through trips and visits.
