You will:
- Promote and enhance the learningand teaching experiences of pupils with SEND in a range of differentcontexts.
- Plan, deliver, resource andevaluate interventions for students with social, emotional and mentalhealth needs/autism spectrum conditions.
- Use effective behaviour managementstrategies consistently in line with the Academy’s policy and procedures.
- Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalentqualification or have experience in a relevant discipline.
- Work collaboratively with otherschools in our Multi-Academy Trust.
- Have experience of planning anddelivering interventions.
- Hold the ELSA qualification
- Work with external professionals toplan for support needs.
