Brio Leisure have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team at Ellesmere Port as Gym & Fitness Lead. The successful candidate will oversee all elements of fitness at the centre, with responsibility for the operation of the gym, as well as our fitness class and personal training programmes. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our customers through their fitness journey and in achieving their fitness goals, as well as providing line management and support to our Gym Instructor and Fitness Class Instructor teams.
The Gym & Fitness Lead is expected to take a lead on our community work too, including organising and engaging with outreach events to promote the company and its services, as well as helping spread the word about our fitness community by generating leads and hitting challenging targets. The successful candidate will also be involved in working with local groups and organisations to build on our existing community links and to build new ones, as well as working with our own Brio Wellbeing team to deliver our health programmes and initiatives.
