Brio Leisure centres are community fitness hubs where anyone and everyone can get active, whether it's in the gym, swimming pool, a fitness class or playing racquet sports. We focus on delivering great service to our members every single day.
We are looking for motivating Fitness Class Instructors to join our amazing team of talented, passionate, and committed people. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you’ll be providing expert, group exercise classes to an excellent standard, supporting our members to take part in class exercise in a safe and fun way. You will be a part of the Brio leisure team which helps create a fun, lively and creative atmosphere for members.
We are specifically looking for instructors who are qualified in the following: Bodyattack, Bodycombat, Bodypump, Indoor Cycling, Zumba/Dance, Body conditioning, Pilates & Aquafit. We would also welcome applications from instructors who teach other class types.
To Be a Fitness Class Instructor, You’ll Ideally Need:
- A recognised fitness class qualification.
- Experience in delivering to small and large fitness classes.
- A friendly nature and excellent communication skills, to be able to motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
- To be able to provide excellent, safe group exercise classes and encourage members of all abilities to take part.
- To help create an environment where all team members enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the centre/s and the business as a whole.
