Overview
Senior Residential Property Solicitor (5 yrs + PQE) based at our Chatham office with flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities
- Specialise in a full spectrum of property work, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases from developers, ownership transfers, lease extensions and re-mortgages.
- Establish and develop our residential real estate presence in Chatham.
- Apply strong marketing and business development skills to support the expansion of the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years PQE experience.
- Solid background acting for both homeowners and investors, ideally in the Kent market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team, organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
