We are now looking for a Micro Space Planner to join us—someone who loves analysing space, spotting trends, and transforming data into brilliant customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse performance data to shape category ranges and improve customer choice
- Build and update planograms using our in-house systems
- Conduct sales analysis, trend reporting, and micro space reviews
- Partner closely with Trading, Merchandising and Operations teams
- Manage range and store grading to ensure the right products land in the right stores
- Prepare accurate planograms for new and refitted store openings
- Stay informed on competitor ranges and visual display techniques
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally experience in visual merchandising or space planning
- Retail experience involving planograms is also highly valued
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPs)
- High numeracy and confidence analysing large datasets
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to interpret market insights
- Confident communicator with influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
