The purpose of this role is to activate world class campaigns, across varying formats to generate customer penetration, and supplier income – all based on a customer plan lead by insight.

What you’ll do:

  • Transform design concepts into various asset formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure all artwork meets the required specifications for different formats and platforms across print and digital.
  • Maintain the integrity of the brand’s visual identity across all assets.
  • Ensure that all artwork complies with brand guidelines, including typography, color schemes, and logo usage.
  • Prepare and optimize files for various outputs, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, making necessary adjustments to the artwork.
  • Review and proof all artwork to ensure there are no errors before final production.
  • Conduct pre-flight checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the artwork production process.
  • Create industry leading motion graphics across a variety of short form advertising materials.
  • Organise and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and quality before final production.
  • Ensure all print and digital designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Put together storyboards and references.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire and develop innovative ideas within the team.

Who you are:

  • +5 years experience in retail and brand.
  • Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • A natural thirst for creativity and brand amplification.
  • Retail is fast paced, therefore organisation, resilience and commercial acumen is necessary at all times.
  • Fiercely passionate over our Brand framework & principles of delivering the best customer proposition.
  • Confidently enjoy working with internal stakeholders.
